Delete your account
How to ask us to delete your Crystal account and the information that goes with it, what
is removed, and what the law requires us to keep.
How to request deletion
Crystal, by Wolfatek — published by Wolfatek Solutions cc
- Email us from the address on your Crystal account. Use the button below,
or write to us yourself with the subject "Delete my Crystal account".
- We confirm it is you. We reply to that address before anything is
deleted, so nobody else can close your account.
- Your account is closed and your data deleted within 30 days of that
confirmation, and we tell you by email when it is done.
If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us
anyway and say so. We will confirm who you are another way before deleting anything.
What is deleted, and what is kept
The same rules as our privacy notice
Deleted
- Your account: name, email address, phone number and sign-in details.
- Your conversations with Crystal, and what she remembers about you.
- Mail, calendars and other accounts you connected, the content we read from them, and
the passwords or sign-in tokens used to connect them.
- Files you uploaded, your lists and tasks, and records of your voice calls.
- The devices registered to receive Crystal's notifications and calls.
Kept
- Invoices, payments and other records the law requires us to keep, for the period the
law requires, and nothing more.
Deleting your account also ends any subscription on it. Billing on cancellation is set out
in our cancellation terms.

Business accounts
We delete your own login and personal information. The business's records, such as its
mail, customers and invoices, belong to the business, so ask your administrator about
those, or the business can ask us to close its whole account.
